Hi Jesse — I think the instructions are to read the first lesson in the envelope every day for a week and then move on to the second lesson for the second week, etc. In "real life" we all do the best we can to incorporate a daily practice of study and meditation into the rest of our lives.

My own experience is that the lessons are very rich and that it isn't possible to completely absorb and process it from one reading. The more often I am able to read a lesson the more I get out of it. But it's also true that, over time, I find I have retained more than I give myself credit for in the moment. And the other thing to remember is to not get bogged down trying to "get" everything, or memorize everything because the pace of one lesson a week is, in itself, enriching.

Do the best you can and enjoy the ride!

Can anyone suggest how to study properly? The delivery suggest that with four lessons per month, there is a one weeks worth per lesson. Do I read the lesson every day for a week? Or is it read one day then ruminate for the rest of the week? Any help here would be appreciated

Jesse
